Method 1: Group policy editor

     In this method you are going to disable the limit reservable band width with using group policy editor command.by this way you did the un limited band width was set.else if you are enable you are manually set the bandwisth limt as 0. 

step 1: Type gpedit.msc and click ok

setp 2: Select computer configuration

step 3: Select administrative templates

step 4: Select network

step 5: Select qos packet scheduler

step 6: Select and double click on limit reservable bandwidth

step 7: Select disabled and ok

Method  2:Using Command prompt

          Using the Command prompt you are going to increase your net speed without any internet speed booster. In this method your command prompt is run only in your administrator for that you are going to click the start and then type cmd in your search box and and right click on the command and click run as administrator a new command will be open after that type the following command 

Step 1: Type  regsvr32 actxprxy.dll  and press enter

            If your command is correct and accepted it shows  regsvr32 actxprxy.dll succeeded otherwise                  check your command once again

Step 2: Type netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled

            If your command is correct then it shows ok otherwise check your command properly

Step 3: Type netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled and press enter

Step 4: Type netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp and press enter

That's it!!!Finally you can check your internet speed again with using the internet speed tester as you did already  in the starting and take the Results.Now compare the previous results and final results surely you will getting good Results.
